MADS – “Bringing people together”
Melbourn Amateur Dramatics Society (MADS) was established in 2012 in order to bring affordable and fun entertainment to the residents of Melbourn, Meldreth and surrounding villages.
We have grown from strength to strength over the last 10 years and have now become a well-established, popular, local group. Each year we hold a Spring production, often a murder mystery or comedy play and at the end of the year the ever popular MADS Christmas pantomime.
Thanks to collaboration with our friends at Melbourn Community Hub we also work with them to put together Melbourn Ghostwalk, quiz nights and other community entertainment events.
MADS is a not for profit society and we work hard to keep ticket prices to a minimum so that more local residents are given the opportunity to join in the fun and come along to our various events and productions.
